THE NAMES OF THE ROMANIAN-OWNED STORES IN SPAIN
(Abstract)

This paper focuses on the names given to the Romanian-owned stores in Spain. They are a subcategory of chrematonyms, onymic units given to objects created by men. The paper classifies the above-mentioned names according to the basis of the name-giving process (appellatives, proper names, abbreviations) and analyses the mechanisms of onymisation.
